Safety Policy
- To provide high-quality products and/or services in accordance with national and international safety, quality, and performance standards, based on maximum safety principles; to ensure full compliance with environmental and occupational health and safety legislation, and to conduct continuous improvement activities.
- To base all designed, manufactured, and delivered products on human health and product safety, and to never permit any practice that could jeopardize product safety.
- To guarantee the safe operation of machinery, equipment, and infrastructure used in production processes, and to fully implement necessary maintenance, controls, and preventive measures.
- To disseminate a safety culture to personnel at all levels and to regularly conduct training and awareness activities to enhance employees' safety consciousness.
- To ensure it is recognized that all employees are responsible for taking the occupational health, occupational safety, and product safety measures required by their specific duties.
- To ensure that all employees report hazards, errors, near-miss incidents, and risks—including their own mistakes—without delay, in order to prevent potential malfunctions, accidents, non-conformities, and risky events.
- To pre-identify, analyze, and keep under control all risks affecting product and operational safety.
- To continuously advance the safety level throughout the organization by fully implementing the principles of the safety policy.
